I've been in this wheelchair for 5 years now, basically, for all of my son's adult life. I had a stroke his senior year. I watched him graduate in my wheelchair, missed his college days, and I've only known his girlfriend of 4 years or her family since I've been in a wheelchair. I was elated when I was able to help him buy a car with some of my savings. But now, 2 months later, I'm told it needs $1600 worth of brake work. The mechanic even told us that he had them that, but they chose to wait. Midwest is us it's not their problem, because that particular salesman is no longer with the. Probably the only good that comes from this is we had bought their least expensive car on their lot.
