General Info

We provide individual, couples and family counseling. Some issues we frequently address include: Relationship Concerns: Communication, Conflict Regulation, Intimacy, Infidelity, Depression and Anxiety, Couples Counseling, Family Counseling, Pre-Marital Counseling, Life Transitions, Work and Career Issues, Moving Beyond the Past Trauma, Faith-Based Individual, Couple, and Family Concerns, Individual Therapy. Approach: We utilize cognitive theories, focusing on changing thoughts and actions around problems. We rely on EMDR to treat trauma. Couples Therapy Approach: We employ two theories: Gottman Methods, along with Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy. We greatly enjoy working with couples who long to deepen their commitments to love and care for one another in ways that support spiritual, emotional and physical intimacy.
