The results of a five-year, $40 million hospital project were unveiled in 2003 as Witham Health Services officially opened its new replacement hospital facility. Witham Health Services is a progressive, modern health care provider that has prepared for the 21st century by building a new 128,000 square foot facility. With nearly 80 active physicians on its medical staff and more than 200 dedicated associates, Witham Memorial Hospital team is qualified to deliver the quality care that has been its tradition for more than 80 years. The hospital operates in four locations in Illinois including Jamestown, Lebenon, Thorntown and Zionsville. Witham Memorial Hospital was established in 1915 and officially opened on February 5, 1917. Its physicians and specialists offer advanced equipment and procedures that provide residents of Boone County, Ind. with full-service medical care. Witham Health Services maintains its offices in Lebanon, Ind.
