The Grand Villas At Tuscan Lake Manager and Staff are great and very Professional. I was once part of the Team for the Maintenance erea. It is a great Company and place to work with to where you feel home to your family everyday. The Property Manager ( Nancy Garivey) Whom I, admire the most. She is very understanding, considerate, Patience, Kindhearted and very sophisticated. She is very well Professional at her Position. This Property and community is a very clean, quiet, safer and good neighborhood. This place has the amenities that others do not offer Like; Business Center, 24 hours Fitness Center, Swimming Pool, Grill and BBQ Place, Big Screen TV by the Pool and Music and Refreshments Like Star Bucks Coffee and more. I love this Company and This Property and my Team used to be. For the cost of the rent for this place I can guarantee is more worth it.
I missed my old Team and I love them dearly. One day I will visit them when I come down to visit Houston again. I wish that I didn't had to move more than 500 miles away I would still be working in this Company or in this Property and still would be with my Team :) I wish them all well....

I've lived here for 6 months and was so excited to move into this apartment after looking at so many that didn't have the upkeep that Grand Villas has... The property is well manicured and the maintenance staff is great. However, after moving in, I began to experience noise from my upstairs neighbor- not just an isolated "loud music" incident but I'm talking loud stomping, things being dropped on the floor, the dog scurrying back and forth across the floor, vacuuming, etc. and it literally sounds like this person is going to come through the ceiling. I work from home a lot and this is non-stop, ongoing chaos. As I'm typing this at 11:50pm, things are being shuffled around and dropped on the floor upstairs. I am extremely frustrated... My neighbor has actually approached me and asked if she was too loud- I was honest, yet, diplomatic and told her YES. She then said she would be more "aware and conscientious..." Yeah, right! I have to wake at 6am to take children to school and am a light sleeper so for this to go on at all hours is really tiresome. I am miserable- I don't know how this issue can be resolved. Apparently, there is no way to reduce the noise by upstairs tenants- sounds like cattle stomping. A hotel would be quieter actually...

Other negatives: limited storage space (unless a garage is available), shallow kitchen sinks, no valet trash (compactor on site and one recycle dumpster on the far corner of the complex)

I had high hopes for this complex but there is no peace and quiet and we all want that over any amenity.

Best apartments EVER!! I hate to leave, but I have to move closer to work. I LOVE the floor plan. The staff is super friendly and helpful. If you have any maintenance to be done it gets done within hours. I was quite surprised at their promptness! The entire complex is kept very clean and they enforce poop pickup! I would definitely refer this place to anyone looking to move! Top of the line apartment!
