Charging me an extra 1/2 an hour because there is one or two boxes on the truck that his two guys are getting at the time is pure BS! I would go with someone else if I were you.

These guys did a great job! I moved from an apt in Friendswood to a house in League City. Yes they were late due to some bad rain in the area, but I was flexible with my schedule. I used a 3 man crew. I felt they really put effort into getting in and out quickly. I would use them again if I had to move.

If you can give this company a Zero you would! This customer was given ample notice that we had an Issue arise with one of our trucks that we would be running late for her scheduled move. Late was 2hrs because the on site mechanic took 2 hours to repair. That was no problem with the customer WACO which is her name. I also told her I would send a 3 man crew to expidite her move Quickly which is normally $90.00/Hr at the price of a 2 man which is $80.00/Hr .It took a 3man team at the discounted price of $80.00/Hr 2 hours to move her we have a 15% Fuel Surcharge on the rate which she was fully aware of which puts her at $184.00. She calls me and gets very smart mouth with me and rude and says she is going to pay $164.00 and thats it! I said the bill is $184.00. She stated I want a 10% discount on top of that and continued to want to minipulate the price and cussing at me. Very direspectful. I explained your move would have been 3 hours with a 2 man 15% Fuel which would have been $276.00 she got 3 men at a 2 man price and they finished in 2 hours The price is $184.00. She said our service was exceptional and I said great then pay the bill. We have negotiated enough. We honored the 10% discount which her bill final was $168.00 and she still was spewing. My response was please pay the bill and don't refer us to anybody if they are like you. Thank You! Good Bye! Polite you were not! If you were you might have got moved for free! Things happen that are out of our control and when they do we will accomodate and make good! But when one is cussing and disrespectful and dictating payment and complimenting on how great service was and with the same tongue don't want to pay the GREATLY DISCOUNTED BILL. The answer is NO!!

If I could give this company a zero, I would. The guys who came to move us we're GREAT, really. Helpful and polite. This review is for the manager of the company, David Reyes. After booking a two man team to move a very small amount I received a call the day of the move and was told a truck had broken down and they wouldn't be able to make the 10 am time I scheduled. I was polite and asked for a call when they were on their way. The manager called and told me he was sending a three man team with no extra charge, I assumed to make up for being late. Great! No! After the move was complete I was told I was being charged for the three men. When I tried to speak to Mr. Reyes he was INCREDIBLY rude. Saying things like "what? you can't afford it?" and "if your friends are anything like you, DON"T have them use this company." Professional right? After looking over the paperwork he called back to tell me I was right and was quoted for a two man team. No apology for the way he spoke to me. Thanks, David Reyes...I'll be sure EVERYONE knows not to use your company.
