Wichita Furniture is the place to get your furniture in Lawton! Hands Down! I have gone to other furniture stores recently and was disappointed. A few of them told me I could not find sleeper sofas anywhere else or at all. I believe this was because they wanted me to purchase from them. Their sofa was made very cheap, and the mattress was flat and very uncomfortable.
We decided to try Wichita Furniture in Lawton, and they had sofa sleepers. We were taught everything about the sofa bed and the materials and how to care for it; they also had different colors. The sofa was an eye-catcher, the material was perfect, and the sales rep was extremely polite, respectful, and very educated on their furniture. My husband tried it out (a tough cookie to please) and it was perfect. Their mattress was like none other. This one was comfortable, and firm, with no springs that poke you in the back! You can't tell it's a sleeper. They deliver the same day or a day you choose. They follow up with you to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. The delivery personnel treat your furniture as though it was being delivered to their home. Very polite and careful ensuring no damage to your home or furniture. Great Job Wichita Furniture! I appreciate your service to this community! We need more quality furniture stores in Lawton like you!

This store:(WICHITA FURNITURE), which didn’t deserve the minimum one star rating required needs to desperately review their customer service. An honorable discharged disabled decorated Veteran who resides at the Lawton/Ft.Sill Veterans Center went there in good faith to purchase a wall unit/book case. He discovered he made an honest mistake in his measurements when the unit was delivered; a steep delivery fee was charged. He tried to no avail to exchange the unit or get a refund. They:(WICHITA FURNITURE), adamantly refused to comply. This is disrespectful and unethical to treat this Veteran who made an honest mistake to be treated like this. Lawton and Ft. Sill have a unique relationship and many businesses here honor that bond. WICHITA FURNITURE wouldn’t be around still if it weren’t for Ft.Sill or our other major employment entities here. WICHITA FURNITURE obviously doesn’t care or honor that relationship here. There are several other furniture retailers that have a good reputation along with military discounts, to chose from, so choose wisely.

When I went to the store, I was quickly greeted by a salesman and I let him know that I was just looking, he respected my space and he allowed me to look. I was impressed by the selection that they had, I did not go with intentions to buy, but I did and they were able to deliver same day. I read the reviews before going in and I almost didn't, I am very glad that I did.

we went in there yesterday and the lady that greeted us was friendly and knowledgeable. she helped us pick out the best bedroom suit to match our theme. it was delivered last night and it matched PERFECTLY. The price was reasonable and so delivery was worth it. the guys that delivered our suit were so friendly and polite.I have to say from step one to the final step was made so smooth and painless. we will for surely be back when we get ready to buy our living room furniture.

I went in today and they had such a huge selection of furniture. I was impressed with how much the salemen knew about the furniture. Very informative and friendly, I will definitely be returning to buy more!

Great place to shop. Wonderful selection and great prices not to mention great service. We bought a living room set a few months ago and it is great! We love it and the lady that sold it to us was so friendly!

We have bought several pieces of furniture from here. Everytime we go in we are greeted with friendly and smiling sales people. If I've ever had a problem or question someone there is always quick to resolve it. The prices are always great, we've always been given great deals. We will never buy anywhere but here!

I went in to their store with high hopes of beautiful furniture instead I was NOT greeted by a wrinkley stone face
mean looking saleswoman, who only helped me because she HAD to. She had a mean attitude as well as the
owner of the store, who was a blond short curly-hair hussy whos mouth looked like a crooked knife slash. No
smiles here, I asked them if I qualified for the Goverment employee discount and they said NO! even though I do
for a fact work in Tribal goverment & after they found that out, they really acted onrey towards me. They tried every
thing in the book to keep from financing me. they charge a big deliver fee & I've see better quality prettier furniture
in other showrooms. Even the saleswoman at the next furniture store I went to said " I NEVER heard good things
about Wichita Furniture". So I just want to warn all you folks out there what to expect if you ever walk into their
store. All I can do is pray for these people.

This business does not even deserve one star. This is a horrible place. Poor quality furniture and the absolute WORST customer service I have ever encountered. Drive on. Buyer Beware. I am absolutely disgusted with this place.
I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

After multiple purchases with this store with exceptional value and customer service, we recently had a run in with their new help and will never purchase from there again. The employee acknowledged that the store "should have" some things they didn't, then proceeded to tell me that their screwup was still my financial problem. Wow! I'll settle the $200 you want Wichita Furniture, but say goodbye to the rest of the money I would have spent there (new bedroom set) and to the money of every friend and Soldier I know that asks about the place...I sincerely hope it was worth it to throw away returning customers on order to make a few quick bucks.

We went in to just look and the help was so helpful we will go back again to get what we were looking for we are wanting a dining room set they had the one just for us. Can't wait to go back to gt it. Wonderful and very friendly people there

I bought a kids bedroom set an a freezer from them first. Paid off with NO problem.Went back an bought me a bedroom set an endtables.Worse mistake ever! I don't recommend this company to ANYONE.One of their employees makes me want to beat her @** cause her mouth is so fly.Her name starts with a T.once Im done paying for my merchandise all they will ever see is the back of my body walking out that door..if I can help it none of my friends will be buying there..HOME ZONE ALL THE WAY!

we bought a living room set, washer and dryer here and the service was wonderful. very nice and helpful workers there had the best experience here then any other furniture store in lawton

Overpricing and horrible customer service. Let's stop pouring our hard earned money into this family owned business. Shop around, you'll see they are getting over on people.

I really like there buissness they where very helpful when we went in there to buy furniture . We bought a leather love seat with recliners and couch . And they helped us alot and where so nice . And I dont work there . We have had no problems with them. And will be buying more from them in the future and there products are very nice and made really good .

It's funny. After reading these reviews, there's no doubt in my mind that someone from the store is writing the good reviews. They sound more like sales adds. Let's get to the real facts. BEWARE!!!!!! I have never been to a place where the people who work are so fake on the floor when they think they have a sale, but when you have a complaint or are not satisfied, starting from the manager down, your treated with much disrespect. Shop around. I bought a table from here the quality is not great and after doing my research, I realized I couldn've purchased a table with real marble for less than what they got me for. (0 Rating)

I love this place they always take great care of me ever since I started buying furniture from them, they also have the best prices and pieces of furniture in town. This is where I get my furniture in Lawton period, don't bother going anywhere else.

WENT IN TO STORE AND COULDN'T BELIEVE HOW NICE THE STAFF WAS. THEY ACTUALLY LET YOU LOOK WITHOUT HOVERING OVER YOU TRYING TO SELL YOU SOMETHING. THEY HAVE A NICE SELECTION OF GREAT LOOKING FURNITURE AT REASONABLE PRICES. THEY EVEN GIVE DISCOUNTS FOR CASH. THEY OFFER ALL TYPES OF FINANCING INCLUDING LAYAWAY. I WAS REALLY HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE. THE DELIVERY PEOPLE WERE REALY NICE. I WILL SHOP WITH THEM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE
