The products are great, but customer service could be improved considerably! There was a mixup with the delivery but, instead of politely calling me to see how we could work this out. I was rudely informed that they were unable to deliver it and the fruit would probably go bad if I didn't have someone pick it up. Even though I paid the extra $12 for delivery! They could have been much more polite and apologetic about the situation.

Today was my 15th wedding anniversary, I got a gorgeous, delicious, fruit arrangement of strawberries, grapes, mangoes, pineapple, kiwi,and cantaloupe, and a chocolate covered strawberries arrangement, with the numbers 15 cut out from pineapples. The fruit was fresh and juicy. The staff were so courteous. I absolutely loved it and will definitely be back for more! They have fruit bowls for $3.50, which is not only a very good price but the fruit is the best i have tasted in this town.
