Lady in first chair very rude! Charge $10 to shape ur nails.. extra chsrge for medieum length after all the filing they were very short but still had to pay for long. Called before i went was told there was no wait waited over a hour as they " forgot" they had appointments booked... very unhappy with service and final product

Love the 3 first chair they are great with nails i love this place i recommend getting your eyebrows done by the women in the 2nd chair she does them great i always go here and i wont change my nail place love them!!!

If I could give a negative star, I would. Do not waste your time going to this unprofessional business. Came as a walk in two hours prior to closing, they took all appointments first and left the walk ins to fend for themselves. Then about forty-five minutes before closing suggested that I come back tomorrow if I wanted a specific person. The woman at first chair was very rude. Chose a nail polish color while I waited and she demanded I put it on the counter like if I was going to steal it. If this nail salon is going to do appointments and walk ins they should have a certain amount of people doing appointments and some doing walk ins. The other clients waiting before me had about four hour waits. They are clearly unprofessional! Never wasting my time there again. P.S this visit was not on a weekend!

It's bad business to turn customers away when there's stll an hour before closing!!! When you run a business you need to take your customers not just tell them to come back another day really what kind if business you running!!! If a customer walks in 10 minutes before closing its more understandable to turn them away but an hour get the hell out of here need to run your business in a better professional standards! ����

I just love this salon. The price is just right with very professional staff. My girlfriend and I tried it once and now we are hooked. We live in Boston, but it is worth the drive. New York Nails Design keep it up, you guys are great. Thanks.
