I only use this store if their competitor- MICHAELS doesn't have what I need- which is very rare. The reason I don't like this store is because the employees are so damn rude and if you ask them where do they keep a certain item, they all seem to be trained to just stand there and point, rather than name the isle or take you to the item itself. Recently, I went to get dk blue poster board (stock kind)- about 4 employees were having a pow pow right in front of the poster board stand and when I asked them nicely to move so I could get the poster boards, they actually continued to stand in the way and complain. Then one of them grabbed a poster board and in doing so, bent it in half and handed it to me- absolutely ridiculous. I just left and went to MICHAELS. No wonder Hobby Lobby never has customers in their parking lot.

won't be returning. I bought something in the clearance corner, along with other items. the clearance item was missing several pieces. when I took it in for a refund they told me I couldn't return it for 10 days because I had written a check. Since I live a distance away I asked if they could mail my refund; the answer was no, you must come in for a refund. I was disappointed! I feel that it's wrong to take someone's money for something that is not usable, then refuse to return it and require the person to make another trip to the store. It's much easier to avoid doing business there, ever again!
