I adore the people and am so pleased to have the opportunity to take my dog here. They treat him like their own and he is excited to be there. I travel often and work long hours but adore my dog and do not want him to feel neglected. Thanks to Krystal k nine I can feel assured every day I will not come home to unhappy dog or any messed.

I have a 75 pd golden who is very scared of things. She loves it here. I have been taking my dogs for over 8 years and have never had bad experience. They are not the fastest and not the most cleaned cut individuals, but they seem to truly love the animals and are very reasonably priced. Recently referred my mom and her Schnazer and she loved them!

I feel a need to, if not defend Crystal K-9, at least tell of my experences with them. I have been taking my Maltese, Angie, there for about 5 years and have never had a bad experence with them. They bring her out to me and she is all happy and wiggles. There has never been an injury to her or any complaint that I have found. She isn't stressed out and other than the fact that she just hates baths in general and knows she's going to get one when she goes there, she's not overly stressed about going there, just a little nervous. I've taken my cats there also and have no complaints there either. And none of my animals appear to have been sedated. The only reason I didn't give five stars is because it takes 5 or 6 hours before I can pick up whoever I take in to be groomed. It just seems like a long time to me. The staff and owner are always friendly.

I dropped my small dog off at the office. There were no other people waiting, so I thought "great, they aren't busy!" Four hours later, I still hadn't heard from them, so I called. "Oh, she's not ready yet....give us another hour." This is a six pound dog we are talking about - what could possibly take so long?



I called back in an hour and she was still not ready. I said "I'm coming there in an hour and she better be ready."



When I arrived, I was given my dog, trembling, with a broken blood vessel in her eye. "Oh, she didn't like the dryer" they said after I asked about her eye - I had to ask, because they handed me the dog and never mentioned the eye.



I would never go back there again. They were very unprofessional.
