Nick did a great job and was very communicative about the service provided. He gave me a heads up when he was on the way and a check in when service was complete. He made sure to remind me about the dogs not going out for an hour and went above and beyond.

Horrible. Supposed to be quarterly but show up more often. Never performed full service. Came even when I said not to and then charged me even though I had not approved. Give hollow apologies. Will be seeking legal remedy. DO NOT sign up!

I love Aptive! They always do a great job. Devon came out and did our quarterly service. And I love how he knocked off all the spider webs that were hanging around. (That’s my favorite. I am not a fan of spiders and their webs hanging around my doors and windows). Unfortunately I was at the dentist so I wasn’t able to let him know of our recent cricket problem. But I was able to let Aptive know when I got home and they were quick to get someone out by the end of the week. That’s how great Aptive is.

As a new customer to Aptive Environmental I was curious about the service and effectiveness of the product. Rancy Jah came to our home and "Wow-ed" me. He was very professional, gave a thorough explaination of what he was going to do, what results to expect etc. Two days later the dead bugs on my porch were proof of success. The spiders and their webs were all gone, Amen. Also Rancy really took his time and did a thorough job. Well done Rancy!

Don't hire this company unless you want to be locked in a never-ending contract. We signed up for a one year contract, they service your house quarterly, we had more than 4 service calls completed, yet when we called to cancel our service because of a military permanent move, we were charged for a service call they did after we had moved. MIKE, a manager whim I spoke with refused to refund the charge regardless of me explaining to him that we had already moved and that we had fulfilled our agreement. He threatened me when I said I would report him to the Better Business Beaureu. Never work with this people, they are a fraudulent company and they are liars.

Aundry Parker provided great service. He explained everything when he arrived. When he completed the service, he review what he did and pointed out a few places where he saw a potential problem. He reminded me that Aptive was available to treat or re-treat any problem that I found before his next visit. So far, I am impressed with the service.

Ammaron H. did a great job so far. The treatment was done yesterday and he warned me that there would a lot of activity from insect in the beginning. Today I can see that he was telling the truth. It also started to thunderstorm yesterday, but he stayed out in the rain until the treatment was done.

Aptive came to my home for the 2nd time. Robert H. Did a thorough job answering my questions and even did a sweep of my front porch for bugs up high where I can not reach. Robert H. Also addressed my ant farm concerns and recommended a solution.
