I went to Strax for medical tests four times. When I wanted to go back there for my tests, I got a recording telling me they were not taking appointments for two months. They asked me to leave my name and date of birth for medical records. I never heard from them although I also sent them an email and left FIVE messages. Consequently, I had to undergo additional tests that would have been unnecessary if they had provided me with my records. I would NOT recommend them under any circumstances. They play with lives and are unprofessional.
