Jim and his staff are dedicated to their clients. They don't just call you about case updates, they care about you outside your criminal case. As a person in recovery, I was isolated and ashamed. Jim and Stephanie never made me feel like an addict, or a criminal. They gave me frequent updates on my case, but also cared to ask how I was doing in treatment, work, life in general. I didn't feel like I was talking to a lawyers office. I wasn't rushed on the phone or during office meetings. I felt important, like a priority, and actually cared for.
