They helped get me started on a career path. I was given a chance that I would have never been given if it wasn't for this company taking the time with me to find out where I would excel. I now have a great job as an Administrative Assistant in a large company in the area, which they helped me get.

Obviously the person that wrote the review and stated that she was not afforded a good experience due to the fact that she demanded a level of customer service - WELL DUH! Who would like to find a job for a demanding, rude, obnoxious over bearing person who demanded anything! The fact is - this office maintains a high degree of professionalism, has found hundreds upon thousand of people positions in the area, and maintain a high degree of success for a good reason - they know what they are doing! Now for the previous review - I bet you still do not have a job, because you are too busy demanding rather than putting effort in yourself and what you can offer a company, if that is anything at all!~

Upon my reactivating my file with this particular office, I was subjected to a surprising degree of hostility from one of the management staff. It has become evident to me that if one insists upon a certain level of Customer Service, and takes steps to insure that right (i.e. speaking to the office manager) one's chances of be afforded equal and fair consideration for employment is greatly diminished. A unilateral "blacklisting", if you will.
