Jason the slick talking manager will hustle you a phone make u think ur getting a great deal tell you u have 14 days to change your mind and u can return scott free. but fails to mention that its not scott free. its a 400 cancellation fee for diamond and then 200 for verizon.

Now i know they get paiid on comission. and he knew how skeptical i was about getting it. but the 14 day lie is wut sold me . it took them 3 hrs to transfer my stuff. being the last ones in the mall and frusterated.. i jus said gimme my phone i wanna leave. he never gave me my box (lgg2 needs a special charger for its special battery) and you cannot return a purchase w/ out the box or your charged 40/item missing fr the box. i got so ripped off and he knew wut he was doing. he gets comission. he wouldnt have made money off me if i returned it . so he kept my box and recipt. and they are completely rude about it. and thiis was an xmas presi and now ii hate it
