      I had a problem with my truck's brakes locking up and i took it here to Goodyear. At first the manager told me I needed to get a full brake job which I did (Cost:$300) to fix it. It did nit. Then I took it in again for the same problem and they told me i needed to change my shocks and struts to fix it (Cost: 1100). It did not fix it. Long story short, after 10+ visits to this place, $1500 in repairs, and countless hours wasted sitting around waiting, they did not fix the problem. The only good thing about here was the staff was friendly (this was the only reason i kept going back as i thought they were good people) just not very competent. On my last visit, a different shop manager told me straight up that it would be better for me to take it in to the dealership, which I did. Thanks for his honesty.

      I went in for a flat repair and little did i know i needed brakes. i had no idea my family was in danger. thank goodness goodyear told me. i was so relieved that they could get this done even though we own a mercedez benz. i had no idea they could service this type of vehicle. thank you very much goodyear and i will return for my chevy suburban for tires and service.
