Worst HOA I have been dealing with for years. Each year it asks for proof of insurance numerous times and HOA does not record receipt of what I sent. This year for the fourth time this HOA asked the same thing. I requested my Property Mgt agent to send a copy after I already sent one. Yet the 3rd time it asked again. So I wrote with a copy of proof of Ins. to the Board of Director with cc: Property Mgt agent. No acknowledgement of receipt. Instead this rotten HOA management sent me the same request.
