I went to Michael Reynolds to file a return for my non-profit 501 c3 organization. He filed the return right in front of me, electronically.He said everything went through fine.I later get a notice from IRS, revoking my non-profit status for not filing a return.I faxed the copy of the return I had, but they wanted a receipt that it was filed on time.I called Mr. Reynolds and asked him to provide me with a receipt. He then told me that the return did not go through electronically and that it was mailed. Why did he tell me it went through if it didn't? Bottom line he did not follow through.Because of this man I lost this organization. It is a hard process to go through to get it back.
