You should not use this company unless you speak Spanish fluently, or you will be in for a very unpleasant surprise. On Monday when they started the work, a worker out at my house called me around 11AM to inform me that I don't have Kitec plumbing, so my replumb was cancelled. He let me know he would lock up my home. Good thing I stopped by my home about 8 hours later, to find the back door unlocked.



At 7AM the next day (Tuesday) I was contacted by the worker from the day before and informed he was standing out in front of my home. Since he didn't have an appointment, and I still had not heard a thing from the office about how this happened, rescheduling repairs on what was broken, etc, I began to assume I was a victim of a premeditated robbery. I called Gary in the office, who apologized for dropping the ball by not communicating, then blamed his workers, but all in all, I felt the conversation went well. He didn't.



I ran home to let them in, where they began repairs. At that time, we made an appointment for the following morning (Wednesday) at 7:00AM. They were on time, and as my roommate got in her car to go to work, she saw them, and thought they saw her. Apparently, they did not, and would not walk in the home, which was unlocked, with the garage door wide open. So they left. My garage wide open, the front door unlocked and all, they drove away.



When I found out, I called Gary in the office, and asked him to please go to my home and lock it. I informed him I had taken the rest of the week off of work so I could hold the workers hands and get this over with. He accused me of yelling at him twice now, and informed me on that call, then the call when he immediately called me back, that they cannot come in the house unless someone is there.



To my surprise, I pull up at 2:00PM, and the house is unlocked, the front door is unlocked, and the work is done. Now Gary tried to cover his first lie with another lie, stating someone was home and told them to do the work, his worker said no, they went in through the unlocked front door. AKA breaking and entering.



Apparently my 7AM appointments tomorrow and Friday are cancelled because they broker in prior and finished the work. I won't know until then, because Gary in the office is way insecure, and refuses to call me. I think he was beat up alot as a kid, just my guess.
