Do not take your car or truck to this shop unless you want to get it back broken or to get it back missing items that was originally on it when you brought it in . We took our 5 Chevy Avalanche in for a Alignment waited 5 hours for them to tell me that the truck needed more work done to it and the work would take 4 hours . Also they forgot to put my wheel caps back on ,come to find out the cracked one but didn't tell me they did , they fixed it in the 2 days before i brought the truck back to have the other work done the owner told me himself anyways So i said if i bring it back in 2 days do you have the parts already to fix it i was told they did. So 2 days later i take the truck in at 7:30 am. After i was there about 3 1/2 hours i hear the mechanic as the girl if she ordered these one parts she said is this them he said i need those to but i all need the inside one's and get this he said i need some grease . And he told her she was holding him up on getting the job done. So she orders the parts another 2 hours goes by and then he comes and says did you order the grease she says no so then had to wait another hour for that finally after being there 8 hours they said the truck was almost ready that their work was done but it needed to be aligned and they couldn't do it so i would have to take it to another shop for the alignment cause they diddidn't have the proper equipment , i asked the mechanic how did they do the alignment on Monday and he said we didn't do anything to your truck on Monday except rotate your tires ,i said Danny told me on Monday you guys did the alignment he said no we didn't i said i was here on Monday for 5 hours for you guys to rotate the tires . I said now after being here 8 hours when i should have only been here for 4 cause thats what i was told you are telling me its still not done . So then i go to take it to the alignment shop i was in and out in thirty mins mind you thats what i originally to the truck in for on Monday to repair envy . As im driving over to the other shop my brakes are making this bad grinding noise and all my wheels are squealing bad . I thought the brakes were going to fail and the noise was just horrible . I take it right back that same afternoon and I'm there another 2 hours . The front brake pads completely fell apart and they screwed up the brake boost . But they tried to say they didn't hear the noise or feel what happened when you pressed the brake pedal . So they fixed the brake pad and greased it up some more and sent us on our way we were half way home and the truck started doing the same and it just got worse and worse in the few miles we drove it until we took it right back the next da. The truck wound up being there for 2 days and when we got it back drove it down the street and my boyfriend who was driving his dads truck noticed that the wheel cap on the drivers side was missing . Turn around and go right back and here is what Danny said oh what happened did it fly off or something . No it didn't we didn't even drive a quarter mile down the road . They either missed placed it or broke it beyond repair so now we have 3 caps when we originally had 4 . Did he say i will order one for you no he didn't do anything to fix the situation . Do not take your car to Repair Envy . They are the worst ! !
