Very Happy Here. The some of the homes are really nice, and the staff is friendly. For the person who stated that the rent is raised $20.00 a year, this is not true. You signed in your lease agreeing to an annual rent increase, and since I have been here my rent has only went up by $8.00 then by $10.00, which is pretty good compared to some places that raise rent by fifty to a couple hundred dollars.

For the person who stated that every time the park is sold and new management come on board, I don't know what park you are talking about...but, since you have lived at the park for 30 years, it has only been sold once, and the same management have been here for 30 years..sure office staff changes now and then, but not ownership...

Have lived here for over 30 years. Used to be a fabulous park, but each time the property is sold and/or there's a change in management, it goes further downhill. Managers are too manic about tidy yards (oh, no - a weed!), yet they let the sidewalks and driveways go to pot (by state law, the park is required to maintain, streets, sidewalks, and driveways). Plus, the rent is raised by about $20/mo each year (started out at $85/mo; now, almost $600/mo! [haven't seen any appreciable improvements to the park to account for this {oh, except security gates that nobody wants}]).

a terrible park, dirty, not well taken care of the managers are rude and , they appear to just be there to get a paycheck. i can not believe the owner knows what is going on here. when they evict someone, they steal everything (you have 30 days to retrieve you things) but by then they are long gone. not only is it a husband and wife team, it is a daughter and son-in-law team as well, might as well keep it in the family. no one likes it here, they just can't get their money out right now. what a horrible place to be!
