ive been a customer of this PT's since october 2009, i would have to say at 1st the bar was great, my boyfriend and i would go in to have a drink 2 or 3 times week, on one visit i was playing a machine and lost 100.00 with out any winings

i had no problem with that since thats all in the name of gambling. we were ready to leave and ask the bartendar if there was a bill to pay and she (hailey) handed me a bill for over 27.00 i was a little confused since we thought that as long as you gamble your drinks are free, anyway paid the bill and left but noted on the recpt that i disputed the bill after losing 100.00 playing. a few days later we went into the bar again and (hailey) had a huge adittude with up and told us if we didn't want to be there than why were we there and we asked her why we had a bill when we were playing she said we drank Excessively and that they can only comp a drink for every 20.00 we paid. any way she served us our drinks and continued with her adittude and had a grudge up until friday 2/12/10 when we went into the bar after happy hour to have drinks and to play a machine i like to play. she has a click of people that come in everynight and on that friday she had her own personal party while working and serving drinks she stayed in the back of the bar laughing and texting on her phone and came around only when our drinks were completely finished. when it was time for us to go home we couldn't even get her attention to let her know we were ready to leave and pay the bill so my boyfriend an I left more than enough money on the bar and walked out, 2 days later we again went into the bar and was hit up by 2 other bartendars with a few questions about us walking out with out paying the 15.25 bill for our drinks. we apoligized and stated we will pay the bill thinking we didn't leave enough the last time. before we were given the chance to pay we were told by (heather) another Instigator that (hailey) no longer wanted us in the bar again, so we said than we werent going to pay the 15.25 and walked out. i spoke to there head office and was told that (hailey) didn't do anything wrong when she lied about is skipping out on the bill, that they back up there bartendar's just a fyi never trust a bartendar they will lie to keep you out of a bar because they cant get over a grudge.
