Got a pair of frames here to go with my new prescription. The prescription was terrible! I tried to return the glasses 3 times but they would not take them, or offer to fix the prescription. I am still wearing my old glasses and they are fine. It seems like they gave me a new prescription just to get money from my insurance company. I need to find a reputible business to put my working prescription into the frames I regret buying from Pearle Vision on Nellis Blvd.

Office staff TERRIBLE. We waited a really long time to be seen. I don't know if there are two secretaries working at Dr.Helmicks office, but one lady was absolutely rude and ignorant. She was yelling at my daughter when she called about a followup. Instead of explaining the reason for additional costs to me in a reasonable tone she was really rude and sharp. The only reason I gave any stars at all is that the sales people at Pearle Vision were exceptionally considerate and down to earth and the doctor seemed reasonably competent.
