NEVER USE THIS COMPANY I wanted to surprised my mom for the first time by sending her a beautiful bouquet of flowers. WOW! what a disapointment and a huge waist of money. The flowers were old, the message on the card was wrong, the owner was so rude when I called to complaine and for the amount of flowers that were sent was no way near what I paid. DO NOT USE THEM

For my 4 yr anniversary, my husband was attempting 2 send me flowers to my job. How great right? NO! I get a voicemail from this company ruining that surprise complaining and very irate that they could not locate my office. I then tell my husband and he speaks to them, no compensation whatsoever, they again send the flowers out. The bouquet was not the original he ordered for me. The following day, they proceed to call me and correct that order by sending the new flowers to my home. A day late, but whatever okay. I then get another call asking where they should pick up the incorrect bouquet? Are they serious? They want the small basket of flowers they INCORRECTLY delivered? Yeah right! WE WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND WE WILL BE SURE TO PASS ALONG THE WORD and to make matters worse, the OWNER herself was extremely rude throughout the entire ordeal.

This is a HORRIBLE SHOP!!!! The shop was dirty and unorganized, junk piled up all around and in the cooler. Terrible customer service... They made me pay ahead of seeing the finished product. It was not what I ordered, the flowers were missing petals and wilted... in a christmas container (in MAY!!!) and they would not give me the money back... I was forced into taking the HORRIBLE flowers or lose the money I gave them. Then they were Rude and abusive on top of it all. SAVE YOURSELF A LOT OF GRIEF....DON'T SHOP HERE!!!
