Dr. Saleha Baig never makes me feel scolded, judged or bad about who I am and why I am the way I am. Dr. Baig listens and treats me accordingly.

I've been seeing Dr. Baig for 11 years. She is very competent and friendly, and is more than willing to explain how she came to her conclusions (although you have to ask). When I came to her with a myriad of symptoms, she began with the basics, then monitored me over several months, tweaking the meds as my symptoms changed until we got the mix exactly right. She respects and understands my viewpoint when I think we might need to adjust my treatment. Yes, her office is always busy and she gets backed up, sometimes by an hour or more. try getting the first appointment of the day to minimize wait time (even then, you may have to wait). This is partly because Las Vegas is short on psychiatrists, and partly when a patient is having an emergency, she will always try to squeeze them in to help manage their symptoms. I understand this can be frustrating to someone who is just coming in for a prescription refill, but as someone who has gone through a few of those crises, it is great!

Dr. Baig is the best psychiatrist I've ever had. She's very flexible, as far as psychiatrists go. She's compassionate and cares about her patients far more than many other psychiatrists I've seen. While her religious affiliation is obvious to even a casual observer, she does not allow her religion to interfere with giving the best, most professional care to her patients. Yes, Dr. Baig's waiting room is almost always full and waits can be very long - but this is the sign of a good psychiatrist. A psychiatrist with an empty waiting room is bad news because that means nobody wants to see that doctor! Dr. Baig also has a separate playroom for waiting children. The playroom is close enough to the waiting room that parents can see their children, but far enough away from the waiting room that other waiting adults are not annoyed by any noise. I am extremely satisfied with the care I receive from Dr. Baig. I drive from St. George, Utah to her office (almost 150 miles each way) to see her.
