My practice is focused on providing a safe and nurturing environment where solutions and personal growth can emerge. Techniques are based upon my psychological research, clinical and business experience. As opposed to meeting in a sterile office, client meetings are held in a comfortable room engineered to provide a safe place for discussions. Compassion is central to our work, and discussions of feelings are integral to exploration of key issues. The goal is accomplishing actual change and growth. When situations cannot be changed, you will learn coping skills to accept and find peace and growth where you are. I can now provide treatment using the FDA-cleared, Alpha-Stim. Alpha-Stim is used to aid in the treatment of Anxiety, Depression and Insomnia. Mine is a client-centered practice, using various modalities to help you learn to reduce anxiety, depression, pain, and fear; and regain focus, esteem, personal growth and sense of well-being. Methods include cognitive-behavioral, systems, hypnosis, Thought Field Therapy, education, and other techniques we may decide upon.
