Leadership Excursion Co. was founded under the premise that the best way to participate in leadership training is through immersion learning. We have a number of activity-based leadership development excursions that focus on topics such as teamwork, vulnerability, communication, understanding the difference between managing and leading, helping women succeed in leadership, and thinking bigger as a leader. Each excursion provides attendees the opportunity to practice their new-found leadership skills before incorporating them into their everyday working environment. Our activity-based leadership excursions touch on important topics, but there is no other topic as important as manager development. When it comes to leadership development for managers, we offer support during two crucial moments in their career path. The first is for first-time leaders and the second is for leaders looking to transition into a more senior management position, like Director or VP. Whatever the need, our management development program helps support the success of all leaders. In addition to our management development program and scheduled excursions, we also work directly with companies of all sizes to help improve the way they lead their organizations and teams. We understand that having a sound leadership team in place coupled with working efficiencies directly impact the bottom line. We offer team development programs, work with remote teams, and also provide oversight for executive retreats and product planning sessions. Not only do we take the time to understand our client needs so we can address their challenges head-on, we also help implement new leadership skills rather than having new knowledge fall through the cracks.
