..Express Auto Care does an excellent job of maintaining my vehicle. Not being a mechanic myself, I rely on their diagnosis. They are honest and their price is fair. It's rare to fine mechanics that you can trust, but I trust these guys.DHM

My husband called Express Auto Care yesterday for an estimate on putting a new fuel pump on our Lincoln Towncar. He was told it would be $140 for labor plus the part and for him to call Charleston Auto Parts for a quote on the part. He called and was quoted $149 total for the part. He took the car in this morning and after the mechanic checked it out, said the fuel pump definitely needed replacing and that it would be $740 or more. When told about the quote yesterday he told my husband that was the price for a refurbished fuel pump. I called Charleston Auto Parts right back and they said all of their fuel pumps are new, they do not sell refurbished ones. The mechanic hemmed and hawed around but wouldn't come down on his price. And to top it off, he charged my husband $75 just to diagnose the problem when we already knew what the problem was. Rip-off City!
