After suffering for years and years with sinus issues I saw Dr Nasri and was treated with antibiotics multiple times. He tried every medical management option that he could try before offering surgical intervention and I'm so grateful that he tried to medical manage me before he operated. He gave me the option of an in office Balloon Sinuplasty. He opened my sinuses and for the first time in over 10 years my headaches stopped, my repeat sinus infections stopped. I'm so grateful to Dr Nasri and all that he has done for my quality of life. his staff is so knowledgeable and friendly. The office is very efficient and on top of there jobs and its like they are all a well oiled machine.

There were over 10 people in the waiting room with the same appointment time. One man asked if he would be done in two hours because he had a ride picking him up; no he would not be done with a 15 minute appointment in two hours. I was new so I was handed a book to fill out. There was one page that I didn't sign. It had a statement in bold, capitalized letters: NOTICE: BY SIGNING THIS CONTRACT YOU ARE AGREEING TO HAVE ANY ISSUE OF MEDICAL MALPRACTICE DECIDED BY NEUTRAL ARBITRATION AND YOU ARE GIVING UP YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY OR COURT TRIAL. I turned the packet in and was told I had to sign the Mutual Binding Arbitration Agreement or the doctor would not see me. So I signed the document and wrote on the bottom, 'I do not agree.' The gal said that they couldn't accept the document with any additional writing on it. So I took the form and asked for a new one; I have already wasted 45 minutes on my day off work so I might as well see the doctor. There was another woman behind the counter who said that I was not allowed to have the form and she left the room. A minute later she returned with Dr. Sina Nasri. He looked at my ID & insurance card, he looked at me, and then he said it was a common practice to have the Binding Arbitration signed. I told him I would sign it and he told me that he would not see me now that we have gotten off on the wrong foot. By now it was 15 minutes after my appointment time and there were still 10 people ahead of me for the same time/ doctor. What a joke.
