Desert Wireless fix my iPhone at a great price and delievered it when they told me....Good Business

THIS IS THE WORST BUSINESS. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT THEM TO BREAK IT. TOOK IT BACK THREE TIMES. STILL DON'T HAVE WORKING PHONE. THEY BROKE THE MOTHERBOARD WHEN THEY OPENED IT UP AND KEEP REPLACING THE SAME PART. DENY THEY SCREWED IT UP. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS SHADY BUSINESS, YOU WILL BE SORRY!

Everyone, dont fall for all the reviews that this mob are writing for themselves. This is one of the worst businesses I have ever seen. DO NOT bring anything here. They are unhelpful liars and will give you nothing but grief. Worst experience ever.



If you want to have the worst service and most likely further damage to equipment then go for it.

Please don't do yourself a dis-service. Find another repair place that gives a damn.

Desert Wireless is AMAZING!!!! I've been a loyal customer for almost two years and my experience with them yesterday just confirmed what I've been saying all along: not only are they the best in the business when it comes to phone repairs, upgrades and services, with reasonable prices, but they're customer service is unparalleled. These young guys are not only smart businessmen, but classy people as well. I took my new iPhone 4 in a couple of weeks ago for an unlock (I have a great plan with tmobile and I refuse to switch) - they performed the service requested, but after I got home, the unlock did not achieve the purpose that I had for getting it unlocked. (not their fault - they did what they could with the unlock technology available, it just didn't work for what I need) I called them to see if they had a fix available and I was told to bring the phone back in. They looked at it, realized that they were still about 2-3 weeks away from being able to get me what I asked for, and then (here's the amazing part) GAVE ME A REFUND without my asking for one, and told me that once the correct jailbreak/unlock becomes available they will do it for free! Now I must say, I'm happy to pay for good work - but the incredible gesture of returning my money ensures that they will get my business and the business of every single person I meet that has a cell phone problem. Ask for Wookie, he's a stand up young man - the kind of guy who looks you in the eye when he shakes your hand. Don't trust your phone with anybody but Desert Wireless - they're hands down the best!

I recommend the guys at desert wireless to fix everyone phone. Wookie and the guys are up front and will charge you the right price ... Not Ripe You Off like other places will!

I WAS BEYOND IRRITATED WHEN I BROKE MY PHONE SO WHEN I WENT IN TO DESERT WIRELESS I WAS EXPECTING TO BE CHARGED A RIDICULOUS PRICE AND NOT BE ABLE TO GET MY PHONE BACK FOR A WHILE.... BUT THANK GOD IT WAS THE TOTAL OPPOSITE I WAS QUOTED A PRETTY CHEAP PRICE FOR MY IPHONE AND I WAS SO SATISFIED THAT I DECIDED TO GET THE IPHONE COLOR PLATE CHANGED... THANKS GUYS SO HAPPY TO HAVE MY PHONE WORKING AGAIN

I recently cracked the glass on my Iphone when i sat on it. I wanted a quick fix but with guys that knew how to do it. I looked online and i came across a website (iphonerepairvegas.com) I was surprised by there price and they werent like other guys trying to charge me $80 and do it in an hour in there garage. They where a business and they did it in 15 minutes, or it was free. There service was also great, they greeted me as soon as i came in. These guys are great, i recommend them to anyone who wants a great and fast Iphone repair. Thanks guys!
