My mother has been a patient with Comfort Hospice for quite awhile and they work as hard today as they did when I signed with them. I tried two different hospice company's before Comfort and before I signed they'd tell me all the great people and programs they had and after I signed their contracts, I was lucky if I'd see the nurse once in awhile. With Comfort I know mom's being seen because the Comfort workers communicate with our group home staff and together they work as one. Their nurses see mom at least once a week but she's needed some extra care and her nurses stop by to check on her. Their aid who helps mom bath has had a heck of a time with mom yet she never complains. Moms sickness has made her nasty yet the aids and the nurses never complain. Comforts Chaplin visits mom almost weekly and he calls me after every time not only to let me know how moms doing but to let me know he's there for our family should we ever want to see or talk with him. He brings his guitar and sings songs and prays with mom. I've called their main office about six times and whomever answers the phone already knows all about mom before I finish saying her name. Their manager has made himself available to me from the beginning but with their hardworking caring staff, I get the answers I'm looking for within minutes of calling. If you need hospice services or are unhappy with your loved ones care, give them a call. They do all the work and you will rest easy like I do. John M.

Sorry it has taken so long for me to respond, with holidays approaching it makes it a little harder. Even though it has been 6 months since her passing. It is still hard not to cry when I think of her. But we are getting better. I want to thank your team for the outstanding job, care, time, telephone calls and coming here to Pahrump. Your team is truely dedicated in helping people and not just the people who will be leaving this world but the living as well. Since this all started with Joan getting sick, your team made sure she came home and was comfortable. I did not have to lift a finger, and questions or concern I had was immediately taken care of. After Joan's passing, the phone calls continued to come and stiil do to make sure I and her son are alright. Even just to talk to someone about missing her. Your company has been there since day one and even after 6 months you continue to be there for us. I cannot say enough to how wonderful and careing this company truly is. Thank You
