- Dental Examination
- X-rays
- Oral Cancer ScreeningWe will complete an in-depth medical and dental health history and a thorough examination to measure for bone loss, loose teeth, bite, oral cancer screening, TMJ, and other signs of periodontal disease.
- Teeth Cleaning“Pregnancy gingivitis” affects a large number of pregnant women due to hormonal changes that cause the gum tissue to overreact to plaque buildup on the teeth. Without proper dental cleanings throughout pregnancy, this buildup creates bacteria that irritates the gums and may even enter the bloodstream. Bacteria may travel to the uterus, increasing the risk for premature birth and low birth weight babies.

- CrownsA symmetrical smile makes a great first impression and provides a big boost in self-confidence. When a “gummy” smile is present, however, many patients are embarrassed about how short their teeth appear or how much gum tissue shows when they smile. Having excessive gum tissue along the crown line not only shortens the look of the teeth, but increases the risk of bacteria developing below the gum line. We can reverse the look of this “gummy” appearance and restore any damaged or decayed teeth by performing a crown lengthening procedure.
- Bridges
- Gingivectomy and GingivoplastyRemoves and reshapes diseased gum tissue to eliminate periodontal “pockets” and encourage healthy reattachment of the gums to the teeth.
- Periodontal SurgeryNot everyone needs periodontal surgery. If treated early, gum disease can be controlled without surgery. We will make recommendations based on your individual situation. Our philosophy of practice is to treat as conservatively as possible to attain treatment goals.
- Deep CleaningDeep cleaning involving the removal of plaque and tartar buildup below the gum line and smoothing the tooth surface to encourage gum tissue reattachment.
- Dentures5 percent fee reduction for payment before treatment is rendered. (This does not apply to the Bar Attachment Denture procedure.)
- Dental ImplantsDental implants have long been considered the ideal solution to tooth loss due to their durability, natural appearance and longevity. However, when proper oral care is not taken, you can run the risk of developing a condition known as peri-implantitis, an infection of the gums and bone surrounding dental implants. This condition is similar to gum disease and can lead to bone loss and the potential for dental implants to fail if not properly treated. Dr. James Rogers is specialized in diagnosing and treating oral health complications related to dental implants and offers BIOLASE® WaterLase® REPaiR Implant™ laser treatment as a minimally invasive option for peri-implantitis.
- Oral Surgery
- Osseous SurgeryTrims away diseased gums and reshapes bone to eliminate bacteria and restore the gums back to a healthy, functional state.
- Tooth ExtractionsProper oral health may only be able to be obtained if damaged, decayed, or impacted teeth are extracted. Failure to remove these teeth can cause complications that impact not only the health of surrounding teeth, but your quality of life as well. In many cases, these problem teeth are painful, making it difficult to bite or chew. A tooth extraction can relieve tooth pain and get you back on a path toward great oral health. For those with dental anxiety, we offer oral sedation in addition to local anesthesia to help you feel calm and comfortable.

- Bone GraftingWe may also recommend PIEZOSURGERY for your bone grafting or sinus lift procedures. This revolutionary new technique utilizes ultrasonic vibrations to precisely cut bone without damaging the surrounding soft tissue. This procedure is highly effective and safe, and is beneficial for use when blood vessels or nerves are near the treatment site. PIEZOSURGERY benefits the patient by being gentler and less invasive for minimized bleeding, reduced pain, and a faster recovery time.
- Teeth WhiteningDiode laser used in soft tissue procedures and for gentle teeth whitening treatment that can be completed in an average of 20 minutes.
