Can-Cal Resources is a public company engaged in the acquisition and exploration of precious metals and mineral properties. As part of its future growth strategy, the company will focus its efforts on acquiring, exploring and developing precious minerals properties in the Western Hemisphere, with an emphasis on Latin America. In 2003, the company incorporated a wholly owned Mexican subsidiary, Sierra Madre Resources, which is Can-Cal s principal vehicle for mining-related acquisitions and activities in Mexico. It then acquired a 100 percent interest in a gold-silver mineral concession referred to as the Arco Project, which includes a land package of approximately 1,100 acres. Can-Cal Resources also has two inactive gold exploration projects located in California and Arizona and the Pisgah volcanic cinder project in California. Can-Cal Resources is headquartered in Las Vegas.
