The cartridges they sent out were physically broken, chunks of the cartridge were missing. Terrible business, horrible customer service, said they talked our receptionist into agreeing to try their product, who has NO authorization to order anything. She said she agreed to accept more info and they sent the ink cartridges anyway. I spoke with them several times and told them they needed to have someone pick them up and they said they sent our receptionist a label to send back and cannot send another one. And if we did not pay $15 for the shipping then they were sending us to collections. We never do business with any phone salesmen due to this reason exactly. I would have looked up there business and found all the negative reviews on-line regarding Associated Supply Company and would have NEVER dealt with them. In fact, I found many negative reviews and not 1 was positive, that speaks for its self. ADVICE - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Salesman Sam is very personable and not high pressure. Good product and stands behind toner cartridges. Have been using company for years.

After putting off ordering from ASC, we were having problems with our toner supplier. I waited until the next call and finally ordered. I wish I had ordered the first time becasue the quality and the price are reasonable. It will be hard to compare to their prices.

i.I have worked for the Wheeler Central Appraisal District in Wheeler, Texas for 3 years. From the beginning of my employment, our office has been constantly harassed by Associated Supply Company in Las Vegas. Not only do they continue to call after being asked for 3 years NOT TO, they ask for a former employee who passed away FOUR YEARS ago!! They are also very RUDE when told to remove our business from their call list.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended because

I have done business with Associated Supply Company for 2+ years. Over this period I have had to call this company and was alarmed to hear that a "real person" answered the phone, and assisted me and answered my questions. There pricing, customer service and professional attitude has made me a believer in this company....they are "top-notch".....

I just received my 'trial' ink cartridges for our office printers--an Epson and an HP. Of the 7 sent, only one was correct. I have packed them all back up to return with a letter. I also tried to e mail, but the e mail on their website is inactive or fake. I have not been invoiced, since the deal was try them free until Dec. I am well ahead of that. We shall see what happens. I am disconsolate to read these reviews. Wish I hadn't let the salesman get the better of my judgment. Typically I never respond to cold call sales of any type.

I too agree this company is rude, they have called our office several times , I told them were happy with our current supply company, the lady ask me was the person who was in charge of buying supplies. I told her yes and hung up the phone. They still continue t call us, They are rude and harrasing people. Our company would never do any busines with this company.

I used to order our printing supplies from Associated. I finally decided to quit purchasing from them when I became continually harrassed by their sales representative. He would call me at least once a day every day trying to badger me into buying large quantities of supplies so he could get bigger commissions and win trips. I have called ID so I finally just wouldn't pick up his calls any longer. So he figured out to call one of our other locations so they would transfer him and he could get through. He then managed to get my email address and continued harrassing me to order via email. I actually liked their products and they were reasonably priced, but I will never purchase from them again due to their poor management of sales representatives and "stalking" techniques to get customers to buy.

My office receives calls from Associated Supply at least a few times a week, this in and of itself is not the problem, but it is the manner in which all my employees, and myself have been spoken to by the people staffing your phones.They are rude from the start of the conversation and at no point in time inspire me to EVER consider switching from the standard mode of printing operations around here. Even if I were to consider changing from what we currently do, I would not, and now never will, consider using your services due entirely to the manner in which your sales calls are managed. You need to start monitoring calls, and watching who you hire. Your employees must hate themselves. I'm sorry.

I had the same problem with them and they just keep calling, I also have another that bugs me from the same area. I wonder if they're using the other company's name and they're the same entity....

I am an employee of a locally owned insurance agency. Associated Supply Company makes telephone calls to our business on a regular basis and in a harrassing manner. They tell us that we are rude when we ask to be removed from their call list. They also told one of our customer service associates that she should not 'cop an attitude.' I would never, ever recommend this company. Stay as far away from any association with them as possible!
