      Before you past judgement on anyone or any company..Why don't you ask to see a copy of your file and the work that was done on your behalf. A company may work 8, 9 10 months continuously on your file, and the BANKS will not issue an answer. But a client should remember, that they pay for a company to negotiate on their behalf..they cannot control WHEN the bank will approve you, or what program you qualify for.

      These people will STEAL your money!!! DO NOT give them any money up front for a loan modification. Tony is a SCAM artist. Mr. William don?t get me started with him.
