We had this company in to fix a strange attic air/fiber glass smell in our home. They threw in cleaning for a good price, so we decided to do the repair to many holes and cleaning. Two very nice techs came out, and upon leaving our AC Fan broke within 20 minutes. It seems they rewired and shorted it out. Another tech came back and almost created an electrical fire, with tons of smoke in our home. I have severe asthma and we told them my medical problems to begin with, that we couldnt have the AC off for long. The third tech put in a smaller motor and we had to wait a week for the correct part. All this time and we still have the attic air smell which gave me asthma in the first place. From the smoke, I had to go to an emergency pulmonologist apt and get on new meds to control my lungs. The owner came today and bullied us very badly. He deflected the problem and said he didn't smell anything and he can't do anything about it. He was unwilling to listen to what happened and would not help us at all. We will be contacting our lawyer for the suffering of the last week; they basically broke our AC - replaced the fan and did not do the original job correctly at all. All they had to do was check on the vents and see if there were any holes left. All the owner had to do was be nice and respectful, but instead he aimed at telling me my asthma was because of my cats (which I have been tested for - it is not) saying he is not a doctor so he doesnt care about my problem, and saying he doesnt smell anything so to bad. I even had to demand he leave our property while he laughed at me and mocked me. The sad part is the techs were extremely nice and we were patient the entire week with them. We never thought it would end up this way. If you have a medical problem and you need AC work, do not do business with this company. The owner is either having a breakdown or is just incompetent. Either way, we are down $1500 for absolutely nothing done except suffering.

They came to fix the attic and fiber glass smell in our house and ended up breaking our perfectly well working AC fan. They installed a new one almost causing an electric fire and smoke in our entire home. My wife suffers from asthma which was the reason we wanted them to come in the first place. After a week they replaced the fan with the correct one, but the attic air and fiber glass is still present, meaning that they did nothing except break (and fix) our AC. The owner was outrageously disrespectful, to the point of mockery and bullying. We documented my wife's asthma attack due to the smoke and AC being off at her doctors and we have the almost electrical fire on our nanny cam. We also have a recording of the owner himself saying he will pay another AC company to fix the smell, basically mocking us because he said he doesn't smell it. My wife and I almost had to call the police to get him off our property. In the video we took he refused to say what company he was from or his name, which was Charles. He is the president of the company. We have an appointment with our attorney tomorrow and everything documented. The rest of the company was very pleasant and we were absolutely shocked by this man's attempt at business tactics, which was bullying, mockery and deflecting. At first, we would have been happy with just the tech trying to fix the problem further, now we are looking for a full refund and more for suffering. There is no reason to be treated the way we were treated today. It hurt me to watch him speak to my wife the way he did.

Fantastic service on my AC. Hank Lynn and Tiffany were terrific. Had my AC fixed in less then a day in over 90degree heat. Checked all components besides the problem. I have never dealt with such a thorough polite and timely company. They have gone above and beyond. Will recommend them to everyone. Marilyn Howerton

My Air conditioner made a loud noise, I called weathermakers and the man Hank answered he walked me through what to do until the tech arrived, very polite. The tech showed up within the hour and had my air cooling again. excellent company!!
