I've been taking my doberman pup to PetSmart to get her nails dremeled for a little over a year, since she was 3 months old. We've had a great experience with all the girls who have serviced her and I would give them all five stars. This review is set at a three-star because of the groomer Iris. If I was just reviewing her it would be a 1 star rating. Iris has done my pups nails twice now and its been a disaster both times. I don't know if she's afraid or just not good with dogs in general. My dog was screaming and wiggling which she has never done with anyone else. Iris is spazy and rough which makes for a really horrible experience for the animal. I will continue to go to PetSmart and just make sure that I request anyone but her. If you do go to PetSmart to get your dog's nails done, please request that Iris not do it. It is a traumatic experience.

Bad experience with the grooming area! Brought my 100 lb lab mix in to be shaved. They told me he would be ready in 5 hours. An hour later I received a call that they would not be shaving him because he wouldn't stand up. This dog has been shaved a few times a year for his entire life. I had been quoted $91 (I have been paying $55 with a privage groomer for the last 7 years in Trinity. Unfortunately I moved.). When I picked him up he only had been bathed, looked like combed and he had his nails trimmed. I was charged $81. All my friends said I should have refused to pay. I wish I hadn't. :(

We absolutely love this store. We have been coming to this store for more than 20 years. The staff is helpful and goes out of their way to make sure that we find what we need and that it is the right product for our needs. My kids really enjoy playing with the animals. Over the years, we have purchased fish, hamsters, parakeet and a Lab puppy. Our son really wants a bearded dragon. Give them a try - they are better than any of the other stores in the area.

I Love this store & the people in it. The people that service us are helpful & very nice. Nobody minds going out of there way, However I will be looking for another place as I'm disabled and this store is very large & I can't enjoy shopping to long as they don't have scooters for the disabled. I hate to stop going but this leaves me no choice. I need to find a place that servies the disabled

I went there to buy shoes and i never had a better experience! i was hesitating between a couple of different pairs, the guy working there (really nice) helped me and gave me some honest advice. I would definitely go back there for my next pair of shoes:)

My wife has a puppy from this store and I have several tropical fish. They have every imaginable product for our animals. We were surprised at how good their prices are. Their price on Frontline Plus is the lowest we can find anywhere. My wife can't help but play with the puppies evertime we visit the store. I'm sure we will be a two dog family in the near future.
