Terrible service, very rude. Spoke to manager named Jim, who was no better. I will never come back here, even if they washed for free.

This place is not worth the money paid $40.00 for the hand wax and the car was still dirty . When u complain that ur car is not clean they tell u that u didn't pay for that . The manager is very rude .

I highly DO NOT recommend this establishment. And here's why...
I brought my truck in for a basic exterior wash and afterwards I noticed that the front hood of my truck was COVERED with scratches. ( they were in a back and forth motion like when someone were to make when drying the surface. I verified this with a detailing guy, a body shop and a car dealer) I brought it to the managers attention and he buffed it out but he denied responsibility, saying his.is workers did no wrong. His defense was that the workers use microfiber cloths and they don't hold on to pebbles or twigs or dirt. Apparently he has missed all of the ad's on TV for the past decade raving about microfibers' ability to "hold on to dirt" and "dirt clings to the fibers". It's really just common knowledge nowadays. Anyway, a week later the scratches on the hood were visible again which indicates deeper scratches.
I brought the truck back in and mentioned to the manager I wasn't happy and that I'd like them to re-address this problem.He again denied any wrong doing, stuck by the microfiber defense and recommended I speak to the owner, who is in only on Mondays from 9am-3pm. Later that day I drove to the car wash and spoke with the cashier. She said I just missed him. She confirmed the owner would be in later that day but didn't know when. I left my name and number with her. That was over a week ago and I haven't heard from the owner.
I called again and spoke with the manager and this time the story changed and he was rather snippity. This time saying "The owner comes in whenever he wants, the day is never the same and no one know's when he's coming." I asked a few more questions and his replies were, "nope, yup, nope, yup." So apparently if your complaint is minor, then they're professional about it, but if it's more serious they don't stand by their work and want nothing to do with the customer.

I used to use this car wash alot, but my last experience with them really opened my eyes. I went in a few days before christmas and asked them if they offered a carpet shampoo service because I had a few dirty spots on my gray carpet. I pointed out the areas of most concern and the man said no problem, it would take about an hour and it would be $49.00.
The hour passed and my car pulled up to my surprise with nothing having changed other than the wash. They said that they detailied the interior leather. Not what I asked for! I explained that I already had the interior detailed a few weeks back and that that was not what I wanted done. The magager was called over and sarcaticly stated that we did what your slip said and we are not going to shampoo your carpets for free. The slip only said what the package was, I figured it was right, because I specifically showed the man what I wanted done. They couldn't have cared less and treated me like a low life looking for a free service.

I left a message for the owner to please call me as soon as possible. Since that initial message, I left 3 others and still no call back. Each time I called I got an obnoxious woman with the Irish accent who gave me the same bothered attitude.

My reccommendation is that if you just want a basic car wash, they are probably fine, but if you want any other service or expect any kind of professionalism do not go to this place. There are to many other places that care about their customers and want your business.

This place is horrible. Took my car in for a wash. Paid the extra to get the wheels and everything done. When I got my car the wheels were just were dried with no tire shine. When I told the manager he got all defensive and said he knows they were done and he did them himself. I took my car and left. When I got home I looked over at my door panel and there was marker all over it. Took it back and the manager started rambling on and on about how his workers do not carry pens and markers. He would not even face me and he was razing his voice at me. This place is so unprofessional and I will never take any of my cars there again.

They have taken care of my cars since they opened. i would highly recommend their service!!

Just returned from Nova Scotia, nice to see the same happy faces at the car wash. always made welcome, The cashier (Diana) treated us with some cookies and coffee while we waited on our car, again a super job done by the guys, nice to be back

I agree with the previous post. She is a gem,always smiling and always happy to see you. The manager ( Jim) is a great guy too, always willing to help . I am very happy with the work they do here my car looks great every time. I have tried all the other car washes in the area and none of them can reach the standard they have here. Always nice to go in and see them both and have a chat while the boys work on my car Thank you Cuzins !!!

Are you sure you searched everywhere in your car. I took my car there and the person that vacumned my car came into the front shop and held me a bundle of $20,00 bills that they say was down the side of my seat, I didn't even know they were there, you last seen it on Tuesday night and only found out four days later it was gone, long time in between to be blaming anyone, I trust everyone there and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else, unless you saw them trying to take it I wouldn't be pining the blame on them especially four days later, Anyway I came here to say they done a super job of doing a super detail on my van, worth every penny

I have a custom chevy pick-up. Been going there since it has changed hands. Didn't like the fact that they did away with ride thru and the do mit yourself vaccuums. Kept going there for the mere fact that its close to home. went there this past sat and did not notice till I was home that there is a giant scratch on the back of my truck! If you do have to go there...make sure you do a "walk around" and look at you vehicle before you leave. I will not return there. fustrated customer

The owners need to be proud of their staff here. I Will never use another carwash again. I usually use another carwash just down the road but my mom went to cuzins on Tuesday by mistake, she is 87yrs old so things like this happen. She wasn't sure what to get so the boy outside sold her the cheapest carwash $3.99, he didn't try to rip her off with a more expensive one. When she went to pay for it, she panicked as she couldn't find her wallet, the girl behind the cash desk was kind enough to reassure her that it was taken care of and not to worry. I went back to pay for it Friday she still had the receipt,and spoke to the same girl who told me it was fine she just didn't want my mom more upset than she already was. I will NEVER use another carwash. Guys you are GREAT.... Thank You !!!!!!

I need to agree with the above comment.I was in there on Tuesday or Wednesday ,my car was covered in lovebugs and it was superclean when it was finished The cashier was kind enough to provide my grandson with paper and crayons while I was trying to console a newborn. I was very pleased when I was told my car wash was free because I has reached .ten washes. I have tried several car washes in this area and there are none that can match this one. I would not go to another. Thumbs up guys !!!! you done a wonderful job

I love this place everyone is so nice, always a good job, same friendly faces, and they never skimp, whether it is the cheapest wash or the most expensive, had both. My Dad also gives 5 stars, he loves that are so consistent!

The best carwash I have ever been in. There was two lanes of cars, but well worth the wait. My car was super clean, I also got it waxed for $30.00 that included the wash, and vacumned inside, my windows and wheels done, and a 48 hr rain check. You cannot beat that price. The cashier (owner ? )was courteous Thanked us for our business and even gave us coffee, Will be back for sure

Fantastic, very happy with all aspects. I had one car washed in the morning then pick up waxed in the afternoon. They waxed a full size tundra for 30.00. I will be back.

Car wash and interior cleaning was a super job, fast and complete. Took my car and the wife's car there and had both cars cleaned inside and out. For seniors this place is great, we will be back many times and have told friends about how good they are. Super job !!!!!
