I moved to Lansing from a wealthy Metro-Detroit suburb. Coming to Lansing was supposed to be a great experience and I needed to find somewhere to live QUICK. I found Waverly Park and Nikki, the beautiful young lady working in the office, helped me find a quaint two bedroom apartment.

I moved in within a week and have been happy ever since.

My neighbors are all characters and if it wasn't for the frequent gunshots heard at night and constant police presence, this would be the perfect neighborhood. As long as you don't mind ""a little ghetto"" in your life (I grew up on Detroit's southwest side so I can handle it just fine), Waverly Park is just fine.
