Dr. Zakharov has trained at some of the nation's top institutions in New York and Kentucky performing a wide range of cardiothoracic surgeries. His clinical expertise and interests are on the full range of thoracic surgeries including most lung cancer procedures that are now done through small incisions, using minimally invasive and robotic approaches to make recovery faster and easier for his patients.
