      Having noticed the severe shortage of nurses and paraprofessionals, Jorpat Nursing Services was founded in 1988 in Rhode Island. The Company relocated to Pennsylvania, and was incorporated in 1991, and a Home Health Care service was introduced and we became State Certified in 1992.
