By far one of the WORST offices ever!! Rude serive especially by their office manager mike and receptionist Morgan. They change fees without notice and will call you a liar if you were a prior patient and ask about recent unnotifyed changes. Save your sanity and find a doctor who actually wants your help not just your money.

I have been a patient for over 10 years now and before they were a wonderful practice, now they're appalling. I've been placed in the waiting room for almost 3 hours after my appointment time then rushed out due to they had another appointment. I've been given conflicting medicines that placed me into the hospital, then after I payed off my one bill they charged me again for that same bill. I highly recommend going else where, this place only wants your money.

I have been a patient of Dr. Robert Detweiler's for approximately 25 years. He is very thorough and has always spent the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions. He always follows through on open items and keeps up-to-date of my medical issues. HOWEVER, as someone else indicated - the office staff, as well as procedures, need an overhaul. This is no longer a two person practice. While I know there are difficulties with scheduling of doctors, it is terrible to have people waiting for 45 minutes, on average. Many of the staff are pleasant and helpful, however, there are also a fair amount that need an attitude adjustment. While I have mentioned this to Dr. Robert, I do realize it is not something he necessarily comes in contact with on a day to day basis, and many clients may not be communicating this.

Would have rated five stars based on Detweiler alone, but his staff needs some serious work.
