I would not recommend anyone to Iteka Smith,ICS. I was audited because the tax consultant entered my residency incorrect. The incorrect information sent a red flag to the state as if I never payed income taxes for the year. As a result, the state withheld my income tax return. I contacted her regarding this issue, through several emails, text messages and she never returned my call. Nor email me to try to rectify the issue. I had to pay someone else to fix the issue she caused. The company proclaims to be top notch and professional however I disagree. I understand that humans make mistakes but not even to address my concerns left me hopeless. This was very unprofessional and bad business practices. I was a repeated client and she will never get any business in the future.
