      This is regarding the service department only. Went in for an oil change, tire rotate and balance, wheel alignment and new battery. Was told the car was ready; it wasn't and wound up having to leave it overnight. Service manager was not forthright with what the problem was. There were other problems noted on the paperwork that I was given but it was never reviewed with me - had to call the service department several times over 4 days to get an answer regarding potential safety issues.

      BEWARE!! worst car repair I have ever experienced! Hostile and difficult staff person who eventually was fired. Repairs that are never really fixed. Very expensive. Manager doesn't have a clue!!
