      I love the doctors with this practice as they have always been knowledgeable and professional but, many of their office staff are horrible! They call prescriptions into wrong pharmacies, do not pass urgent patient information onto physicians, and do NOT return phone calls as promised. I am truly surprised that this is acceptable in a family medical practice.
