This is where Hummingbird Weight Loss will break this pattern. Hummingbird Weight Loss will provide people whom are obese and overweight with the first step in weight loss. Our proven Program will provide the first step to people to lose up to 1 pound of abnormal (unwanted) body fat per day (average). They will see the numbers on the scale go down by following our simple Program. They will feel their clothes becoming loose. They will watch themselves shrink in the mirror. This is the phase where our patients reduce their caloric intake and begin to break their addictions to unhealthy foods and drinks. The third step is called the Hummingbird Reset. The Hummingbird Reset is the process in which our patients reset their hypothalamus and begin to stabilize their weight. The final step in our Program is the Hummingbird Lifestyle. In this step our patients are able to begin the life of eating healthy in conjunction with an active lifestyle.
