Mark is a perfectionist---that's who I want working on my Mercedes! This guy spent hours trying to solve a transmission mystery with a history, on my E 320 when the codes and symptoms just didn't add up. He charged me nothing for that time and clearly really just cared that I was helped and the issue was handled accurately. He even took photos of the computer module to show me what had taken place. If he gets a little frustrated when something does not fall into place, just know it is because he cares so much that what is done is truly right and precisely what is needed, nothing more nothing less. He charged me only for the 2 hours he actually worked on the car, and did only the work that the Mercedes factory training says to do. The other place I went would have exchanged the whole computer and given me the $1,600 bill. The car is running great after Mark washed the parts where fluid leaked into the Comupter module through the transmission connector which 2 other shops had said they checked and there was no leak. The Bottom line is, Mark is honest, cares about his customers, and has true integrity and will fix your Mercedes with a precision consciousness very few places offer.

My last three cars have all been serviced, repaired and otherwise had excellent care from the wonderful folks at German Motors. I value the quality of the service a very, very close second to the quality of the vehicle, and I routinely drive 4 hours to bring my car in for a checkup, service and repair. Mark is the most honest and direct mechanic I've ever met, looking out for the most cost-effective, efficient, and safest solutions to and of my car issues. Mark Yoakum and his team at German Motors have been taking care of my cars for the past 18 years, during which I’ve come to trust Mark’s advice implicitly. Mark invests in his crew, all of whom are highly trained Mercedes Benz specialists knowledgeable in the latest Mercedes repair technology. Mark has consistently demonstrated the highest integrity and always puts the customer’s best interests first and foremost. If my car is having a problem and there are several possible causes, Mark and his crew start with the least serious/costly likelihood and work their way to the most serious/costly likelihood, rather than take the opposite and costliest approach. Whether I’m taking my car in for an oil service or because there’s a problem, Mark and his crew inspect the car thoroughly and let me know if there are other issues, then Mark walks me through them in order of priority, with safety issues coming first. I can’t recommend German Motors highly enough.

The best M/B shop in Denver. Always honest and exceedingly knowledgeable. Highly recomended. I have had four Mercedes vehicles and used this shop exclusively for 10 years. They make it a pleasure to own a Benz.
