I have been bringing my pets to the Lakeville animal Hospital for the last 15 years. The staff and Dr. Wolfthal are wonderful. I trust his judgement regarding diagnosis and treament of any illness my animals have had. He is compassionate and you can tell he loves animals. He is willing to discuss treatment options and listens to my feelings on any recommendations. I highly recommend this hospital to anyone looking for treatment of a specific illness or just for wellness care! I've recommended it to a couple of friends who have been very pleased.

Two stars for the sweet nurses.. The only reason I am posting a review is because of upset I am about how I was treated by the doctor.. we have a 13 year old cat who needed a check up because of weight loss.. I had then check his urine, and update his shots... the doctor wanted to do bloodwork to test for hyperactive thyroid.. I told him no, I wanted to check with my husband before spending 350 on the 13 year old cat.. He then told me that there is a such thing as medical . Animal abuse.. and made me feel awful... I left in tears.. not everyone has that kind of money laying around... we are taking our business elsewhere..
