Billing department causes all the problems here - they are incompetent, rude and unprofessional. Fire them all - there are plenty good people who cares.

They admitted to having subpar training for their receptionists by allowing them to wallow in their own ignorance which costs the consumer more money out of pocket. They seems to code things on a whim regardless of what was actually talked about. They claim that certain departments can't handle things like the billing department can't change a bill even if they are in the wrong.
