      Went in a couple weeks ago to get my glasses adjusted as this company was very good about helping me with it. I also brought it to their attention, that after last adjustment, tightening the ear pieces, that someone at their lab left marks on the lens and that I wanted to get them out. The young assistant called out the office manager. She told me no, that the marks were from normal wear and tear, which you can clearly see that the marks were from a holding tool. She kept saying this and I finally said, so your calling me a liar? She basically kept repeating that this was normal wear and tear on my glasses, and they WOULD NOT, AND COULD NOT GET THE MARKS OUT! OF COURSE SHE SAID I could order new glasses! I was very upset. This office has always had great service, until that encounter with the office manager. Of course it's all about selling me more glasses and a new exAM. I paid over $300.00 for these glases, and because it had been 2 years since my last visit, they denied helping me with them. Will NEVER EVER, SHOP HERE AGAIN. $300.00 is a LOT OF MONEY FOR NO SERVICE!!

      Eye Doctor’s Optical Outlets Each Eye Doctor’s Optical Outlets location is doctor-owned, uniting the staff with a common vision to sharpen sight and boost eye health. Eye examinations reveal prescriptions and uncover any other ocular problems. After patients choose a new set of lenses, the in-house technicians get to work crafting them in the shop’s own lab rather than sending them off to be made during a summer camp’s arts and crafts day. Sundry designer frames border eyes in looks from Giorgio Armani and Marc Jacobs to Nike and Harley Davidson, and there is usually a trio of technicians in the shop, enabling multiple clients to summon help with a single pigeon call. Doctors can also help patients select the right contact lenses from brands such as Acuvue and Bausch & Lomb.
